His big gaffe was NOT that he couldn’t remember all three departments he wanted to cut. The big gaffe, to me, is that he wants to cut of the Department of Education, the Department of Commerce, the Department of Energy.

Bill continued: “Has he ever learned what these departments do? 6 million special needs kids get to go to school because of federal funding to the Department of education, and so 56 million other kids from low income families.The Department of Commerce includes the national weather service and the census. The department of Energy takes care of our nukes. Who should do that Rick, volunteers?”
